1. How far in advance should I order my dress?
We advise ordering a minimum of 5 weeks before you need to wear the dress if ordering a wedding dress and a minimum of 3 weeks before you need to wear your wedding party dress and special occasion dresses.
The tailoring period for wedding dresses is 10-25 working days and for wedding party and special occasions dresses it takes 5-15 working days, plus a shipping time of 3-8 working days (exact shipping times depend on the carrier and shipping method chosen at Checkout).
The best way to ensure a stress-free shopping experience is to allow plenty of time for our tailoring and shipping periods, plus additional time to try on the dress and make any necessary alterations once it arrives.
2. Do you have rush order service?
Yes. If you are in a hurry for your order we are happy to help! We can work overtime to tailor the dress for you. So you can receive your dress within 3 weeks. The basic rush order fee is equal to the order price plus 15%. The Rush Fee is to expedite the tailoring of your order; it will not affect shipping time. 3. Do you have any in-stock dresses?

4. Can I order a dress in a different style/fabric/length?
Of course! We can make the dress according to your requirements.

5. Can you customize the size of my dress?
Absolutely---if our standard sizes don't work for you, we can make you a custom-sized dress for an extra charge of just $25.99 for a wedding dress and $19.99 for a wedding party and special occasion dress. When ordering, you’ll need to tick the option for “personalized '' under the color chart and tell us your measurements.
Getting professionally measured is best, but if you want to do it yourself be sure to read our measuring guide first. Avoid common mistakes by doing the following: Ask someone else to measure for you;
Take measurements while wearing undergarments similar to what you’ll wear with the dress;
Provide a bust measurement from the fullest part of your chest, not your bra size!Measure hollow to floor while wearing shoes of the same height you’ll wear with the dress.
6. Could you customize the dress according to the photo I sent you?
Of course, we can! We are a professional custom-made wedding dress store, which is to say, we make the dress according to customers’ requirements. You can email to [email protected] to send some pictures(the front, the back and partial details)of the dress you want. 7. What should I keep in mind when trying to choose the most appropriate size?
First of all it is very important for all the customers to go here to our size and the measurement page for more details.
You should have your accurate bust, waist and hip measurements taken. We suggest you stop by a local dry cleaner, where they are usually happy to assist you if you are not sure about your measurements. Then you should pay close attention to our size chart to choose the size (rather than ordering usual dress size) because different dress labels may size differently. Our dresses run very true to our size chart. If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress easily, we suggest you order one size bigger, so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. We are always happy to help with sizing or any other questions anyone may have.
8. Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?
There might be a slight difference between the actual dress’s color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor’s display settings.
9. If your Color Chart does not include my favorite color, what can I do?
Do not worry, you can contact with our customer service at [email protected] and send us a picture of your favorite color. We'll try our best to find the right color for you.
10.Can i order swatches?
Yes, you may order a fabric sample here at the cost of $29.99(including shipping). Due to the hand-dyed nature of the fabric, there may be some variation in color from the showroom sample/swatches.
Additional yardages of fabric are usually available. To ensure best color matching, requests should be made at the time of your order. Prices are available upon request.
11. I changed my mind about a size/style/color. I'd like to exchange it. Can I do this?
We do not carry any dresses off the rack. All the fabric is ordered and dresses made to the particulars of your order. If the dress is a bit too large, it can usually be altered without too much effort. We cannot change the order after the fabric for the dress is cut. The order cannot be cancelled after the dress is sent to the customer. A new dress could be ordered but we usually recommend that alteration be tried instead. 12. Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
Our dresses aren’t just pulled from a warehouse - once your order is confirmed, our tailors begin selecting materials in the color you requested and cutting fabric based on your measurements. Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than for other items, so it’s important to order carefully. For full details, see our Return Policy.
13. Can I get a discount when I order in bulk?
Yes, definitely you can! Purchase in bulk is always welcome! Please contact us with more details such as styles and quantities so that we can offer you the best price to build our long term business relationships!
14. How do you ship your dresses and do you ship outside of the United States?
We usually ship via EMS or DHL worldwide. There is a $29.99 shipping charge for dresses and $9.99 for accessories only. There is no surcharge for any accessories shipped with a dress. Express delivery is available at an additional charge. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $199.
15. If custom duties are incurred, who is responsible?
Buyers have to be responsible for any custom duty fees. How the import duty will be charges depends on each country's custom policies. But we will do our best to help you avoid custom fees. If more questions, please contact us at [email protected].
