The tape should be close to the abdomen but should not exert pressure on your skin. HIPS Take the loose tape and wrap it around your hip area. The tape should be secured at the fullest part of the hip area; this is almost always over the buttocks. DRESS LENGTH Stand straight with your heels together. Measure from the high point of your shoulders down the length of your back. Please choose your appropriate length according to the practical situation.
SHOES
	SHOES LENGTH Measure the shoes from the very front of the toe part to the back of the heels. SHOES HEIGHT Measure the back of the shoes from the top of the shoes welt to the bottom of the heels resting on the flat surface. HEEL HEIGHT Measure the back of the heels from the point where it connects to the shoe, called the seam, to the bottom of the heels resting on the flat surface. PLATFORM HEIGHT Measure from the bottom of the sole to where it connects to the shoe at the top of the platform.
