Be sure to give an exact measurement, being careful not to add any additional length to the measurement. WAISTMeasure around your waist, just above your hipbone. The tape should be close to the abdomen but should not exert pressure on your skin. HIPSTake the loose tape and wrap it around your hip area. The tape should be secured at the fullest part of the hip area; this is almost always over the buttocks. DRESS LENGTHStand straight with your heels together.
